A company specialized in investment management in the Turkish market, company formation, and providing financial, legal, and technological consultancy to companies and individuals. Founded in 2013 as an electronics import/export company, then in 2014 it shifted to turning ideas into projects and joint-stock companies. In 2020 it moved to institutional investment, creating investment funds and attracting international investments.
